Who we are
Water & Beyond is an international group of scientists and companies united to work on high-level, focused projects specializing in nursery, soil, botany, syntropy and forest sciences. Using the distinctive environmental intelligence at hand, we identify problems, investigate complex natural environmental systems, plan solutions and produce projects of the largest scale, relying on our team’s in-depth knowledge, research and extensive experience.
We bring you the latest environmental solutions and technological innovations to overcome climate change and reverse its effects on our planet. We use syntropy primarily as a tool to transform places, such as the desert, into a greener place, since the traditional way previously used by others was not effective.
Our journey
In 1969, Musa Agroquímica was founded by Sady Ricardo dos Santos, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey. In 1986, the First Management Center for Agricultural Ecosystems project was established, demonstrating a continued commitment to innovative approaches. A significant moment occurred in 2009 when an inaugural meeting with the KSA Environment Authority took place, where Tarik AlAbbasi’s vision of transforming Arab countries through greenery came to the fore.
The year 2014 witnessed the formation of a solid partnership between environmental companies and Musa Agrochemicals, consolidating efforts for a positive impact. As early as 2018, under the Water & Beyond umbrella, the company saw its commitment recognized when it was awarded the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) bid – an achievement among 12 competing companies.
The year 2022 brought with it a significant milestone – the completion of a six-month study for NEOM, centered on the afforestation of one of the main project sites. The continued commitment to scientific excellence led to the expansion of the in-house scientific team in 2023, preparing to take on exciting new challenges.
This journey of growth and achievement over the years exemplifies the relentless commitment of Water & Beyond and its partnerships to shaping a greener and more sustainable future, driving innovation and making a positive difference in the world.
