Syntropy

Syntropic Agriculture is a theoretical and practical set of a model of agriculture developed by Ernst Götsch, in which natural processes are translated into agricultural practices both in their form, function and dynamics. Thus we can speak of regeneration through use, since the establishment of highly productive agricultural areas, which tend to be independent of inputs and irrigation, results in the provision of ecosystem services, with special emphasis on soil formation, microclimate regulation and favoring the water cycle. In other words, agricultural planting is concomitant with the regeneration of ecosystems. Rather than recipes, there is a set of concepts and techniques that enable access to its fundamental characteristics.

Micropropagation
(tissue culture)

Ecophysiology plays a key role in ecological work, providing information about the physiological responses of organisms to the environment, the influence of climate on populations and communities, the relationship between physiology and species distribution, plant-animal interactions, and strategies for the conservation and management of natural resources. This information is essential to understand and preserve ecosystems in a sustainable way.

Paleogenomics

Paleogenomics can contribute to ecological work by reconstructing past ecosystems, studying past extinctions, understanding species evolution and adaptation, monitoring current populations, and investigating human interactions with the environment. These applications agement of endangered species, and sustainable environmental preservation practices.
